Here is a very unusual modified Studer J-37  8 channel discrete electronics recorder that I had shipped over from Germany years ago. While the mods. may seem sacrilegious to some the gentlemen who did the mods in Germany did a very nice job. It worked great and sounded excellent!  It has since found a home in Japan.
